We are seeking a high-caliber, results-driven Account Manager to join our major accounts team. This is a high-impact role where you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and market-leading revenue growth. We are looking for an "aggressive-growth" professional—whether your background is in Sales, Product Management, or Technical Engineering—who possesses the tenacity to secure design wins in the competitive PC and consumer electronics landscape.
The Mission
Your primary objective is to dominate the market share within key accounts by championing our Audio IC solutions. You will be the strategic link between customer engineering teams and our internal R&D, ensuring our product roadmap aligns with the next generation of consumer tech.
Core Responsibilities

Strategic Growth: Partner with executive leadership to craft and execute aggressive sales strategies that align with long-term account goals.

Voice of the Customer: Serve as the internal advocate for the client, translating their technical needs into actionable product definitions for our engineering teams.

Operational Excellence: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the account, including supply chain logistics (OTD performance), quality issues (FACRs), and lifecycle management (EOLs/PCNs).

Revenue Optimization: Lead weekly revenue gap analyses and demand forecasting, working closely with Sales Ops and Marketing to ensure 100% forecast accuracy.

Negotiation & Influence: Drive pricing negotiations and business reviews. You will be expected to be "in the room" for critical decision-making processes at the customer site.

Data-Driven Insight: Utilize BI tools to analyze market trends and competitor movements, providing field sales teams with the intel needed to win.
Who You Are
We are looking for a "hunter" profile with a technical backbone. You should be as comfortable discussing signal-to-noise ratios as you are closing a multi-million dollar contract.

Audio Enthusiast: You have a genuine passion for audio quality and the computing technologies that power the modern consumer experience.

Technical Pedigree: A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering (EE/CS preferred) or a related field.

Experience: 5–10+ years in Technical Sales, Applications Engineering, or Product Marketing specifically within the semiconductor or PC component industry.

Market Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the Audio IC market and the fast-paced nature of the PC/Consumer Electronics sector.

Communication Pro: Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to influence both C-suite executives and hardware engineers.
