Senior Account Manager – Semiconductor Key Account (TSMC)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead and expand a strategic key account within the semiconductor industry, with primary responsibility for TSMC. This role will serve as the senior commercial interface, driving account strategy, business growth, and long-term partnership development across advanced semiconductor manufacturing nodes.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background from the semiconductor ecosystem, with proven experience managing TSMC as a customer, and a solid understanding of chemical, equipment, or sub-equipment solutions used in front-end or advanced packaging processes.
Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the TSMC key account, acting as the primary commercial and strategic contact across fabs, R&D, procurement, and engineering teams.

Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth, design-in wins, and long-term supply positioning.

Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, contracts, supply agreements, and volume commitments.

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (technical service, R&D, supply chain, quality, and regional/global teams) to ensure successful product qualification and mass production support.

Support new product introductions (NPI), technology roadmaps, and customer demand planning aligned with advanced process nodes.

Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer technology direction to identify new business opportunities.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and compliance with customer requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.

8+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within the semiconductor industry.

Mandatory experience managing TSMC as a direct customer, including engagement with fab, procurement, and technical teams.

Background from chemical materials, semiconductor equipment, or sub-equipment suppliers is required.

Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes; experience in advanced nodes or advanced packaging is a plus.

Proven ability to manage complex key accounts and navigate multi-stakeholder organizations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).

Willingness to work closely with Hsinchu-based fabs and travel as required.
