【Job Responsibilities】

Customer Relations & Quality Assurance: Lead customer service initiatives, manage client audits, and spearhead customer complaint investigations and resolutions.

Supplier Quality Management: Oversee supplier quality engineering performance and drive the rigorous tracking and closure of Action Requests (AR).

Continuous Improvement & Engineering Leadership: Evaluate and execute Continuous Improvement Plans (CIP) while managing complex engineering projects to optimize process quality.

Compliance & Governance: Review and maintain Green Product (GP) compliance standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and legal quality contracts.
【Requirements】

Semiconductor Expertise: 5+ years of extensive experience in semiconductor front-end or back-end manufacturing processes.

Advanced Packaging Knowledge: Deep technical familiarity with DRAM, WLCSP, and advanced 2.5D/3D packaging technologies.

Quality & Reliability Engineering: Strong proficiency in quality reliability verification, Failure Analysis (FA), and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).

Global Exposure & Communication: Proven track record of supporting Tier-1 international accounts, with the ability to deliver fluent, high-impact technical presentations in English.

Project Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading or spearheading cross-functional engineering projects is highly preferred.
