Position: Global Sr. Compensation Manager
Scope: Global payroll & compensation operations across overseas entities
Reporting to: Total Reward Director 
Location: Taipei

Key Responsibilities

1. Global Payroll Operations & Compliance
Lead and oversee payroll operations across multiple overseas entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with local tax regulations and labor laws. Act as a key point of contact for global payroll governance and best practices.

2. Vendor & EOR Partner Management
Manage and collaborate with external payroll vendors and EOR partners across different regions, ensuring high service quality, operational efficiency, and alignment with HQ policies and standards.

3. Global Compensation Analysis & HR Partnership
Support global HR teams by analyzing compensation structures, allowances, and benefits across international locations to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity. Contribute to annual compensation review and salary planning cycles.

4. Governance, Reporting & Process Optimization
Drive continuous improvements in payroll governance, reporting structures, and operational processes to enhance efficiency, strengthen data integrity, and support strategic HR decision-making.
