Job Title: Medical Advisor, Neuroscience

Location: Hong Kong

Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and driven Medical Advisor specializing in Neuroscience to join a leading organization in the pharmaceutical sector. This role is critical for providing scientific expertise and medical support for Neuroscience products, enhancing communication with healthcare professionals, and ensuring alignment with the latest research and treatment guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scientific Expertise:
    Provide in-depth medical knowledge and insights on Neuroscience products to internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring the information is accurate and current.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to share knowledge and gather valuable insights.

  • Clinical Support:
    Collaborate with the medical affairs team to develop and deliver training programs for commercial teams, enhancing their understanding of Neuroscience therapies.

  • Market Analysis:
    Conduct thorough analyses of clinical data, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and positioning.

  • Medical Education:
    Develop and disseminate educational materials and presentations aimed at healthcare professionals, promoting awareness and understanding of Neuroscience treatment options.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with commercial, regulatory, and clinical teams to ensure cohesive communication and alignment on medical strategies.

  • Adverse Event Reporting:
    Monitor and report adverse events and product complaints, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    Medical degree (MD) or a PhD in a relevant scientific field is required; additional specialization in Neuroscience is preferred.

  • Experience:
    3+ years of experience in medical affairs, clinical research, or a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on Neuroscience.

  • Communication Skills:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.

  • Analytical Skills:
    Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the capability to interpret clinical data and derive actionable insights.

  • Client-Centric Approach:
