Group PR Communications (Senior) Manager
A global top-tier retail group is seeking a Group PR Communications (Sr) Manager to lead corporate PR and communications at group level. This role works closely with senior management to drive consistent corporate messaging, strengthen brand and corporate reputation, and manage external media communications across markets.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute group-level PR and corporate communications strategies aligned with global business objectives.
• Lead external communications including corporate announcements and leadership communications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international, regional, and local media.
• Manage corporate reputation, issues, and crisis communications.
• Oversee content development including press releases, executive speeches, thought leadership, and Q&A materials.
• Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams such as HR, Legal, and Investor Relations.
• Manage PR agencies and external partners across markets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Communications, PR, Journalism, or related fields.
• 8–12+ years of experience in corporate communications / PR, preferably within global retail, consumer, or FMCG industries, or top-tier PR agencies.
• Strong experience in corporate PR, media relations, and crisis communications.
• Excellent English communication and writing skills, and native in Mandarin.
• Proven ability to work with senior executives and manage complex stakeholders.
