As a critical leader within the manufacturing engineering group, you will oversee a high-performing team dedicated to process excellence and organizational growth. You will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with global codes of conduct, EHS standards, and regulatory requirements. This role demands a strategic leader who can navigate complex organizational needs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring high team retention and clear professional development paths for all direct reports. You will act as a bridge between various global functional teams to drive efficiency and implement scientific methodologies across the production landscape.

【Key Responsibilities】

  • Process Advancement: Lead the team in establishing robust, reliable process parameters using advanced scientific approaches and data-driven methodologies.

  • V&Q & NPI Leadership: Utilize state-of-the-art technologies to oversee Verifications & Qualifications (V&Q). Partner closely with NPI teams through the transition to mass production and successful operational handover.

  • Operational Excellence: Drive strategic initiatives focused on yield enhancement, cost reduction, capacity expansion, and the minimization of customer quality complaints.

  • Technical Governance: Maintain and audit comprehensive engineering documentation, including SOPs, Work Instructions, JSA, BOM, PCN, and pFMEA.

  • Quality Control: Oversee the implementation of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Response Flow Checklists (RFC) to ensure manufacturing stability.

  • Mentorship & Troubleshooting: Act as a technical subject matter expert, coaching engineers in advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and effective corrective actions.

  • Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the mid-to-long-term technology roadmap to ensure the facility remains at the forefront of industry capabilities.

【Candidate Profile】

  • Education: Master’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • Industry Experience: 10+ years within the Semiconductor (SEMI) industry or high-standard cleanroom environments.

  • Leadership: 2–3+ years of proven leadership experience in Process Engineering with a verifiable track record of driving process improvements.

  • Technical Assets: Background in instrumental analysis or advanced cleaning processes is a significant advantage.

  • Certifications: Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is highly desirable.

  • Communication: Exceptional English fluency, capable of leading detailed technical and strategic discussions with global stakeholders.
