Product Owner

Position: Product Owner 
Location : Taipei (Can be remote)

In this role, you will act as the voice of the customer, working closely with global Service Providers, Cloud Operators, and Equipment Manufacturers to translate requirements into world-class products.
You will collaborate across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales to define product strategy, drive go-to-market execution, and ensure delivery of innovative, high-quality solutions. 

Major Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap
• Define the product vision, market requirements, and long-term roadmap in alignment with our strategic objectives.
• Engage with customers, partners, and internal teams to gather insights and translate them into actionable product definitions.

Execution & Delivery
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to drive successful product development and delivery.
• Convert product requirements into clear specifications and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.

Go-to-Market & Demand Generation
• Work closely with Marketing and Sales to develop GTM strategies, positioning, and collateral that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.
• Equip Sales and Customer Success teams with training, tools, and messaging to support product adoption.

Customer Engagement & Market Intelligence
• Act as the voice of the customer, building strategic relationships and integrating feedback into roadmap decisions.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, risks, and new opportunities.

Thought Leadership & Evangelism
• Represent us at industry events, webinars, and technical forums, positioning the company as a leader in Ethernet testing.
• Deliver impactful presentations that clearly communicate the value of our solutions.

Hands-On Problem Solving
• Take a hands-on approach to resolving customer issues, ensuring our solutions remain reliable and user-friendly.

Pre-Requisites & Experience

Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in Product Management or as a Product Owner.

Technical Expertise
• Strong understanding of networking architectures, protocols, and applications.
• Experience with Ethernet testing solutions is a plus.
• Awareness of current technology trends and their impact on the networking sector.

Skills & Abilities
• Excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional and global teams.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) required; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
• Willingness to travel globally (up to 25% or more).
