We are seeking a high-caliber Regional Business Manager to spearhead commercial operations and strategic growth within the Taiwan market. This leadership role focuses on expanding our footprint through cross-border collaboration and operational excellence. You will be responsible for defining the growth strategy, managing key accounts, and ensuring our products achieve dominant market penetration.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue by meeting monthly sales targets and developing localized business plans aligned with regional objectives.
- Launch new products, manage the existing portfolio, and identify emerging growth opportunities within the medical device sector.
- Cultivate deep relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), government bodies, and strategic partners to increase market share.
- Oversee distribution channels, manage city-level budgeting/forecasting, and ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide analytical reports on market trends to adjust strategies in real-time.
- Lead and mentor the local team while fostering collaboration with the broader Asia-Pacific organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 12 years of successful sales experience in the medical device industry.
- Proven expertise in interventional cardiology, radiology, or related high-stakes medical fields.
- Strong background in strategic planning and regional business dynamics.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin; exceptional ability to build professional, resilient business relationships.
- A blend of strong technical product knowledge and a sharp commercial mindset.
