Key Responsibilities:
- Manage facility operations across Asia, including overseeing greenfield construction projects in multiple locations, and ensure all sites are maintained to the highest standards.
- Drive ESG-focused initiatives aimed at energy efficiency and environmental sustainability, aligning with corporate goals. Implement digital solutions for real-time monitoring of critical equipment and environmental systems to enhance efficiency and reduce carbon footprint.
- Oversee supplier management for facility repairs, maintenance, and construction projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Manage more than 10 sites across Asia—including plants and offices in China, Hong Kong, India, and Korea—while ensuring consistent facility management practices aligned with company standards.
- Lead and develop regional facility management teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Align facility strategies and roadmaps with business expansion plans to ensure infrastructure supports current and future needs.
- Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets, driving cost-effective practices while meeting business objectives.
- Apply strong technical expertise to assess, plan, and implement best practices and innovative solutions for building systems and operations.
