Seek a Retail Head to lead retail business in Taiwan and beyond. This role has full ownership of Taiwan retail operations, managing 10+ directly operated stores and leading a team of 50+ people, including store managers, retail staff, operations, and back-office support. This position plays a critical role in building retail operating models and preparing the organization for overseas store expansion.

Key Responsibilities
Retail Operations & Store Performance
- Own the overall performance of 10+ directly operated retail stores in Taiwan
- Establish, optimize, and standardize store operating procedures to ensure operational excellence and consistent brand experience
- Monitor and drive key retail KPIs including revenue, productivity, conversion rate, and customer experience metrics
- Identify operational gaps and continuously improve efficiency and profitability
- Lead, coach, and develop a retail organization of 50+ staff across stores, operations, and support functions
- Build a clear organizational structure, roles, performance management, and talent development framework
- Recruit, retain, and develop high-potential retail leaders and frontline talent
- Oversee store operations, logistics coordination, inventory management, and administrative support
- Partner with supply chain, finance, HR, and IT to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations
- Improve inventory planning and replenishment processes to balance availability and efficiency
- Work closely with Marketing, E-commerce, Product, and Brand teams to deliver integrated OMO strategies
- Ensure strong in-store execution for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives
- Support the planning and execution of international retail expansion strategies
- Build scalable, repeatable retail operating and people management models for overseas markets
- Participate in market assessment, store launch preparation, and early-stage overseas operations as needed
Key Qualifications
Required
- 15+ years of experience in retail, consumer brands, or related industries
- At least 5 years of experience in managing multi-store retail operations
- Proven track record of leading mid-to-large retail teams (50+ people preferred)
- Strong understanding of retail operations, process optimization, and performance management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with international or overseas retail expansion
- Background in fast-growing, consumer-focused, or omnichannel brands
- Business-level English proficiency for cross-border collaboration
