Sales Director
Warsaw
Key responsibilities:
• Contribute to the formulation, approval and implementation of the company’s strategy as a member of the management team,
• Develop and execute the sales strategy in association with local management and relevant Group functions with special focus on price and distribution targets,
• Develop, implement and monitor agreed strategic KPI’s,
• Lead, motivate and develop the Sales Team in accordance with the management culture of the company,
• Drive growth across retail and e-commerce channels,
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers,
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions,
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure seamless promotion execution,
• Report on sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs to local and regional leadership.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field,
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive sales leadership experience with full P&L responsibility, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods,
• Proven track record of delivering sales growth and managing high-performing teams,
• Leadership skills and proven track record in People management & development,
• Ability to deliver strategic and operational objectives,
• Strong understanding of the market retail and e-commerce landscape,
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
• High level of internal motivation, results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving,
• Fluent English.
