A deep-tech photonics company building compound-semiconductor solutions for AI-driven high-speed optical interconnect (datacom) and smart sensing. Its capabilities span chip design, R&D, and volume manufacturing, with core products including VCSELs, photodiodes, and integrated sensing modules.

Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Marketing professional based in Taiwan to own the company’s technology event presence and support its brand and website refresh. You will work across business units, coordinate with external agencies, and report to a Taiwan-based senior leader. This role needs someone who can contribute quickly, as the team will take part in a major U.S. technology event in March 2027.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute participation in technology events and exhibitions, including the major U.S. event in March 2027
• Lead the company’s corporate identity (CIS) and branding initiatives, working with an external brand strategy agency
• Coordinate the ongoing website redesign with internal stakeholders and an external web design agency
• Partner with teams across multiple business units to turn product and technology information into clear marketing messages
• Work with the agency that manages the company’s social media (including LinkedIn) to keep content consistent with brand and event priorities

Requirements

• At least 5 years of marketing experience, with a strong track record in technology events and exhibitions (must have)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including with cross-functional teams and external agencies
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Strong learning ability and the ability to understand complex technical topics quickly
• Based in Taiwan, and available for an in-person interview in Taiwan

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with social media marketing (hands-on management is not required)
• Experience with branding or CIS projects and website redesign
• Background in semiconductor, optics, or photonics
