Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer to join a global engineering team developing video conferencing cameras and collaboration devices. This role is responsible for validating hardware, firmware, and software to ensure product quality, performance, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategies, Test Plans, and test cases based on product requirements
• Perform hardware, firmware, and software testing
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency
• Execute functional, integration, regression, compatibility, and system validation testing
• Analyze test results, identify root causes, and drive issue resolution
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, software, and cross-functional teams
• Support product development, validation, and product releases

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA, validation, or product testing
• Hands-on experience with hardware, firmware, and software testing
• Experience developing Test Plans and managing testing activities
• Experience with test automation (Python or similar scripting language is a plus)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with SDLC, STLC, and Agile development
• Good English communication skills and experience working with global teams
