工作內容
- 聚焦 Server / AI Server / High-Performance Computing
- 負責 Signal Integrity / Power Integrity 技術分析與問題解決
- 涵蓋高速介面、PCB、Power Delivery Network、Simulation & Validation
- 與 HW、Layout、Mechanical、Thermal、Manufacturing 等團隊跨部門合作
- 擔任 Technical Leader，主導技術方向、Methodology 與 Design Guideline
- 參與下一世代 AI Server 平台開發，解決高階高速訊號與電源完整性挑戰
需求條件
- Server / AI Server / Networking / HPC 相關 SI/PI 經驗
- 高速訊號分析與 SI/PI Simulation 經驗
- 熟悉 PCIe、DDR、SerDes、Ethernet 等高速介面者佳
- 具備 PCB / Stack-up / Power Delivery Network 經驗
- 能獨立分析複雜 SI/PI 問題並提出改善方案
- 具備 Technical Leadership / Cross-functional collaboration 經驗
