Job Summary
The Site Director is the primary authority accountable for building a high-caliber supply Chain organization and ensuring the successful delivery of all manufacturing targets for the facility. This role is responsible for fostering a safe, rewarding, and engaging environment for all associates, ensuring that the site consistently manufactures high-quality products. By maintaining an efficient pipeline and offering excellence in logistics and customer service, the Site Director ensures the site meets the rigorous demands of the global supply chain network.
As a critical member of the Asia Supply Chain Leadership Team, the Site Director plays a key role in shaping the future competitiveness of the regional supply chain. The incumbent is responsible for directly leading the manufacturing function and expertly managing the trade-offs between various functions at the site level to balance cost, quality, and speed. Furthermore, the role acts as the "Supply Chain Champion" for Taiwan, facilitating seamless interaction and knowledge sharing between the local site and other factories within the global network.

Key Responsibilities
- Safety & Compliance: Ensures 100% compliance with local Taiwan (FDA, ESH) and global company standards; leads emergency response and manufacturing crisis management.
- Quality & Food Safety: Upholds rigorous Quality Principles and ensures the site meets all regulatory and internal food safety requirements.
- People & Culture: Inspires and engages associates through the "5 Principles," manages industrial relations, and builds a robust talent pipeline through succession planning.
- Operational Execution: Manages the efficient conversion of raw materials, oversees capital projects, and leads the scale-up of new product launches and trials.
- Financial & Process Optimization: Delivers year-on-year COGS savings through "Supply Chain Excellence" methodologies and partners with Asia business units to improve productivity.
Qualifications
- Education: Tertiary degree in an Engineering or Science discipline.
- Experience: Proven track record in manufacturing leadership with a deep understanding of E2E supply chain, TPM, or FMOS methodologies.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability in "Breakthrough Thinking" and navigating complex, multi-functional challenges in a changing environment.
- People Leadership: Strong passion for developing others and the ability to build and lead high-performance teams.
- Core Competencies: High level of business acumen, strategic agility, process management skills, and the courage to "stand alone" when making critical decisions.
