【The Opportunity】
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Quality Analyst with a passion for delivering high-quality, mission-critical software products. In this role, you will be the final line of defense in the development process, conducting rigorous manual testing to identify defects and ensure all software meets stringent global quality standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Developers, Product Managers, and Automation Engineers, to ensure a seamless and efficient release process for high-stakes financial hardware and software.
【Key Responsibilities】

Cross-Border Collaboration: Partner with global software development teams to ensure high-quality releases for payment terminals and core components, including SDKs, EMV configurations, Android applications, Firmware, and ROM.

Strategic Test Planning: Develop comprehensive non-functional test plans and execute exploratory testing to validate complex software functionalities.

Quality Assurance: Perform end-to-end functional, regression, and non-functional testing to identify defects and verify the stability and accuracy of software products before they reach the end-user.

Defect Management: Report software defects with high clarity, working closely with engineering and product leadership to monitor resolutions and ensure all identified issues are addressed.

Stakeholder Communication: Provide timely updates on testing progress, results, potential risks, and user impact to project stakeholders.

Process Optimization: Continuously refine and improve the testing lifecycle by identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and reliability.
【Candidate Profile】
Minimum Requirements:

Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Software Quality Analyst or Software Test Engineer, with a heavy focus on manual testing environments.

Tooling & Lifecycle: Deep experience with defect tracking tools and full-cycle defect management.

Methodology: Strong understanding of modern software testing methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within an Agile framework.

Documentation: Proficiency in creating structured test plans, detailed test cases, and comprehensive quality reports.

Soft Skills: Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Proactive, self-driven, and adaptable to shifting priorities.

Communication: Exceptional fluency in both oral and written English, capable of collaborating effectively across international teams.
Preferred Qualifications:

Technical Domain: Specific experience testing Mobile Applications, Payment Terminals, or Fintech hardware.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
