This role will work closely with function leaders to drive people strategies, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner to BU leaders, providing guidance on HR policies, talent management, and organizational development.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, addressing complex employee relations matters and fostering a positive work environment.
- Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace effectiveness.
- Lead change management and communication strategies to support organizational transformations.
- Partner with leadership to design and implement talent strategies, including attraction, development, and succession planning.
- Monitor workforce trends and organizational effectiveness, recommending improvements in structure, roles, and capabilities.
- Represent the BU in company-wide HR initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Establish and enhance HR processes and frameworks to support business growth.
- Analyze HR metrics and employee insights to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Coach and support leaders in translating business strategies into impactful people initiatives.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of HRBP experience, or 15 years of HR experience within a reputable mid-to-large-sized company.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to work closely with senior leadership.
- Experience in organizational development is an advantage.
- Solid project management skills with the ability to turn ideas into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) and native in Mandarin.
