Sr. Legal Counsel

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial sector contracts covering information technology products and services. 撰擬、審閱並談判涵蓋資訊科技產品與服務之商業合約。
• Support sales and/or procurement teams assessing and mitigating risks under contracts.支援業務與(或)採購團隊，評估並降低合約風險。
• Advising internal business clients on a range of matters related to IT products/services, OEM/ODM and supply chain.就 IT 產品/服務、OEM/ODM 與供應鏈等議題，向內部事業單位提供法律意見。
• Advising Human Resources on employment relations and labor laws.就勞資關係與勞動法相關議題提供人力資源部門法律諮詢。
• Collaborating with outside counsels and internal legal subject matter experts across Wiwynn all affiliates.與外部律師及內部法律領域專家合作，涵蓋所有緯穎科技關係企業。
• Responsible for other legal related matters as assigned.負責其他主管交辦法務相關工作事項。
