Position: Sr. Product Manager
Key Responsibilities
-
Partner with senior leadership to shape product vision, convert business objectives into clear product strategies, and build scalable long-term roadmaps.

Discover and validate customer problems, formulate product assumptions, design MVPs, and define measurable success criteria.

Conduct market and competitive analysis across the POS, F&B, and retail technology ecosystem to identify opportunities for product differentiation.

Utilize product analytics and Voice of Customer (VoC) insights to drive backlog prioritization; develop detailed user journeys, product requirements, and acceptance standards.

Own and coordinate multiple product domains, including front-of-house POS, back-office operations, inventory control, loyalty programs, reporting dashboards, and payment integrations.

Lead cross-functional execution with Engineering, UX/UI, QA, Customer Success, Sales, and Deployment teams to ensure on-time, high-quality product delivery.

Define and monitor product KPIs; collaborate with Operations and Customer Success to improve product adoption, retention, customer satisfaction, and system reliability.

Support enterprise and strategic accounts by assessing project scope and determining appropriate trade-offs between standardized product capabilities and customized solutions.
Required Qualifications

Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to quickly structure ambiguous problem spaces and translate them into clear product objectives.

Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with experience aligning engineering, business, leadership, and customer expectations.

Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum frameworks and continuous product iteration cycles.

Proven track record of owning product planning, feature definition, and full lifecycle delivery from discovery to release.

Solid understanding of system architecture, data flows, and technical constraints, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams.

Demonstrated capability in coordinating complex, cross-departmental initiatives and proactively managing execution risks.
Required Experience
-
Minimum 5 years of product management experience in SaaS or software platforms, with responsibility for core product modules or feature sets.

Strong domain exposure to POS systems, F&B operations, retail workflows, ERP, order management, inventory systems, or adjacent platforms.

Experience working with APIs, data synchronization, third-party payment gateways, e-invoicing systems, CRM, or external system integrations.

Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments and reprioritizing based on business impact and customer needs.

Ability to lead teams through uncertainty and establish outcome-driven success metrics.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

Experience with analytics and data tools such as SQL, Python, Google Analytics, Looker, or equivalent BI platforms.

Background in O2O platforms, restaurant POS ecosystems, fresh-food retail, or multi-store chain operations.

Experience driving platform architecture upgrades, modularization, or large-scale system refactoring initiatives.

Familiarity with Southeast Asia F&B or retail markets is a plus (if applicable to regional product strategy).
