We are a fast-growing startup providing technology solutions for the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry across Southeast Asia.
Our products include POS systems, self-service kiosks, QR ordering, kitchen display systems, and inventory management, helping restaurants improve daily operations and efficiency.
We have a cross-border team across Taiwan and Southeast Asia, with a strong focus on teamwork, product thinking, and engineering quality.
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with PM, Developers, Designers, and regional teams to ensure product quality.
- Join requirement discussions early to identify risks, edge cases, and potential issues.
- Design and execute test plans covering Web, Mobile, API, Integration, Regression, and E2E testing.
- Test cross-platform workflows across POS, Kiosk, QR Ordering, and related systems.
- Build and maintain automated tests to improve regression coverage and release quality.
- Investigate issues with developers, identify root causes, and validate fixes.
- Continuously improve QA processes, testing efficiency, and product quality.
Requirements
- Strong Manual Testing experience with good analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Experience with Web / Mobile / API testing and different testing methodologies.
- Experience with or willingness to work on Test Automation.
- Basic understanding of API, system architecture, data flow, and system integration.
- Strong ownership and communication skills.
- Able to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
- Proactive and willing to contribute ideas and improve QA processes.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Startup / SaaS / Product-driven teams.
- Experience with CI/CD and automated testing pipelines.
- Experience in POS, Payment, E-commerce, Retail, or transaction-based systems.
- Performance testing experience.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and post-release validation.
- Experience using AI-assisted tools to improve testing efficiency.
