Tech Recruiter F/M - Luxembourg

We are looking for a Tech Recruiter F/M for one of our clients, a service provider based in Luxembourg.

This position is ideal for a recruitment consultant who wants to transition to an internal recruiting role.

Your main responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment process for tech profiles (Digital, IT, Engineering).
• Liaise with managers to assess their recruitment needs.
• Proactively source candidates.
• Establish and monitor KPIs.

Your profile:

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, either in a recruitment agency or in a large company.
• Analytical mindset, proactivity, a passion for talent hunting, and a strong service orientation.
• Interest in numbers and performance tracking.
• Previous experience in Luxembourg is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in French (C1/C2) and English (B2/C1).
