Technical Product Manager – IT Management Platform

We’re looking for someone who has hands-on experience in IT operations and is ready to take the next step into product development. In this role, you’ll help shape a platform that simplifies how IT teams manage devices, automate tasks, and support users remotely.

What You’ll Do

• Turn real-world IT challenges into practical product features
• Improve how IT teams monitor systems, manage updates, and provide remote support
• Introduce automation to reduce manual operational work
• Work closely with users to refine workflows and improve usability
• Incorporate security considerations into product design, including risk identification and resolution
• Continuously enhance the overall user experience for technical users

What We’re Looking For

• Solid experience in IT operations, system administration, or infrastructure
• Familiar with tools or processes related to system monitoring, patching, and remote troubleshooting
• Comfortable with scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell)
• Good understanding of system security and operational best practices
• Interested in building products and improving user workflows
