Position Overview:
At Morgan Philips Executive Search, we are seeking an exceptional Account Relationship Manager for one of our clients, a leading multinational in the asset management sector. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing and developing the distribution network in Iberia, working closely with the Head of Country and a dedicated local team. You will be the key link in building strong and mutually beneficial relationships with the distribution community while ensuring a high-quality service.
Responsibilities:

Team Support:
- Provide comprehensive support to the local team, addressing their diverse needs.
- Act as a proactive partner driving innovative idea generation.
- Effectively follow up on internal and external requests.
- Prepare high-quality presentations and documentation for the business development team.
- Create monthly and ad-hoc reports for management and the local team.
- Keep the contact database updated and manage information efficiently.
- Collaborate with the local Office Manager and other resources to optimize internal operations.

Distribution Network Service:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, responding quickly and accurately to distributor inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, serving as their point of reference within the organization.
- Coordinate responses to information requests and ensure compliance with due diligence.
- Utilize marketing materials and product updates to support the distribution network.
- Actively promote the company’s services and website among distribution partners.
- Maintain constant and effective communication between the company and the investment community.

Marketing and Event Support:
- Manage marketing materials and promotional item inventory with attention to detail.
- Organize regular and ad-hoc mailings to the distribution network, including newsletters and updates.
- Assist in planning and executing local events (seminars, fairs, etc.), keeping the event calendar and management tools up to date.
- Ensure high-quality translation and adaptation of materials into the local language.
