GLOBAL DEMAND PLANNING MANAGER -TEMPORARY

We are recruiting this role for Almirall, a leading global pharmaceutical company focused on medical dermatology, committed to improving patients’ lives through innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

🚀 Mission

Ensure an accurate and up‑to‑date 24‑month rolling demand plan, providing a single, reliable view of net sales to support Almirall’s strategic objectives.

🔑 What you’ll do

• Ensure a robust demand plan is in place to meet mid‑ and long‑term business targets (volumes, prices, values)
• Coordinate local Demand Reviews and drive a consensus Demand Plan
• Lead and follow up demand planning cycles and related action plans
• Manage partners’ product demand, ensuring on‑time availability, correct quantities, and packaging
• Collaborate closely with Supply Planning and Manufacturing teams
• Build and run baseline statistical forecasts, integrating historical data, market knowledge, and sales, marketing, and pricing assumptions
• Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities versus plan and previous forecasts, proposing corrective actions

🧠 What you bring

• Degree in Engineering, Science, or Economics (Industrial Engineering preferred)
• Experience in Demand Planning / Operations, ideally in pharma, healthcare, or FMCG
• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills, with ability to influence stakeholders
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office
• Experience with SAP R/3 (MM/SD/PP) is a plus
• Advanced English level
