IT BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGER - ORDER TO CASH

We are recruiting this role for Almirall, a leading global pharmaceutical company focused on medical dermatology, committed to improving patients’ lives through innovation and excellence.

🚀 Mission

Ensure the effective management, optimization, and continuous improvement of Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) processes, acting as the key link between business and IT and owning the end‑to‑end SAP O2C solution lifecycle.

🔑 What you’ll do

• Act as main point of contact for business stakeholders within the O2C domain
• Ensure IT service performance for projects, enhancements, and incidents
• Lead O2C projects end‑to‑end (scope, cost, timelines, risks)
• Gather requirements, perform functional analysis, and design solutions
• Coordinate internal/external IT teams and oversee testing and deployment
• Drive continuous improvement and define the O2C systems roadmap
• Ensure proper documentation, governance, and SLA compliance
• Act as System Owner for O2C applications

🧠 What you bring

• 4–6 years of experience in SAP O2C environments
• Strong functional knowledge of Order Management, Billing, AR, Pricing, Customer Master Data
• Solid experience with SAP SD (core), S/4HANA, and integrations (CRM, B2B, EDI)
• Experience managing SAP projects and working with BPOs/Key Users
• Fluent English (additional languages a plus)
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
