At Morgan Philips, we are looking for a Marketing Lead for a leading company in the pharmaceutical sector.
As Marketing Lead, you will lead the strategic development and execution of brand plans for the portfolio. In addition, you will lead and manage a marketing team, fostering collaboration and high performance. You will be responsible for driving brand growth, market share, and profitability, in close alignment with the sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Developing and managing the marketing Brand Plan, building strategic and tactical plans to achieve objectives.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team, ensuring alignment with business goals and promoting a high-performance culture.
• Researching and analysing market trends and competitors, and converting raw data into detailed reports and actionable insights.
• Collaborating with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives.
• Developing tools and marketing materials aligned with company and product strategic objectives and needs.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 6–15 years of experience in brand management within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally within OTC products.
• Strong sales mindset, with the ability to support the sales team and build strong customer relationships.
• Proven experience in team leadership and people management.
