About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a number of well-known retail and luxury retail brands who are seeking passionate and customer-focused Store Manager to join their teams in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver exceptional customer service and create a premium shopping experience.

2. Supervise small team, achieve individual and store sales targets.

3. Build strong relationships with customers and provide personalized product recommendations.

4. Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date on new collections and promotions.

5. Support daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and cashiering duties.

Requirements

1. Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or customer service is preferred.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Passion for fashion, luxury goods, and customer engagement.

4. A proactive, positive, and team-oriented attitude.

5. Fluency in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
