Senior Business Development Manager – Data Center Solutions

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive expansion of our data center solutions portfolio in Taiwan.

In this strategic role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across key accounts. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market presence in Taiwan’s data center ecosystem
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with key clients (hyperscalers, colocation providers, enterprise accounts)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions aligned with customer requirements
• Lead commercial negotiations, contract discussions, and deal closures to achieve sales targets
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities
• Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations, proposals, and solution demonstrations
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align go-to-market strategies
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and business insights to senior leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Business, or related disciplines
• 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within data center, ICT, or infrastructure industries
• Strong understanding of data center solutions (e.g., power systems, cooling, racks, infrastructure management)
• Established network within Taiwan’s data center ecosystem is highly preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
• Willingness to travel as required
