Position Overview
We are supporting an international manufacturing company in hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator in Taiwan. This position will work closely with local and overseas teams to support logistics, warehousing, external processing, and trade operations.
The role requires someone who is comfortable managing day-to-day supply chain execution, coordinating external service providers, resolving operational issues, and identifying opportunities to improve cost, service, and process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate domestic and international transportation activities, working with logistics providers and internal teams to ensure reliable and cost-effective delivery.

Manage inventory replenishment and stock movements based on supply plans and customer requirements.

Oversee third-party warehousing operations, including inventory accuracy, operational procedures, safety requirements, and service performance.

Coordinate outsourced processing and value-added logistics activities with external partners and monitor execution against agreed requirements.

Track logistics and warehousing expenses, review supplier invoices, and work with Finance to ensure accurate settlement.

Support supply planning and daily operational coordination across suppliers, customer service, sales, planning, and manufacturing teams.

Coordinate import/export activities, customs clearance, cross-border shipments, and relevant shipping documentation with logistics partners.

Monitor logistics service providers and operational KPIs, addressing service issues and supporting supplier performance improvement.

Provide backup support for supply planning activities when required.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on logistics cost, service quality, operational efficiency, and compliance.
Requirements

7+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related functions.

Hands-on experience managing end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation and warehousing.

Familiarity with import/export procedures, customs requirements, and trade compliance.

Experience working with 3PLs, freight forwarders, warehouses, or other external logistics partners.

Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel for reporting and data analysis.

Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work across different functions and regions.

Able to independently handle operational issues and follow through on solutions.

SAP or other ERP system experience is preferred.

Experience coordinating multiple areas of supply chain operations, such as transportation, warehousing, trade compliance, external processing, and planning, would be an advantage.
