Your Responsibilities as the Chief Commercial Officer, you will lead the commercial strategy of our organization, ensuring alignment with our long-term business objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing innovative sales strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance market share in the highly competitive FMCG sector.
- Overseeing the development and management of product portfolios, focusing on channel innovation to meet the diverse needs of our consumers.
- Leading sale leaders across channels to enhance operational efficiency and ensure the successful execution of company strategies. Establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with key retailers, distributors, and stakeholders to maximize brand visibility and accessibility.
- Analyzing market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscape to inform decision-making and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Spearheading initiatives that promote customer engagement, loyalty, and satisfaction, ensuring our brand remains trusted and preferred. Providing insightful reports and presentations to the board, articulating the commercial performance and future growth opportunities.
Your Profile
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader with a strong background in the FMCG industry with a minimum of 25 years of experience.
The ideal candidate will possess:
A proven track record of success in a senior commercial role, preferably as Director, VP of Sales, or similar leadership position within the Multinational FMCG sector.
- Extensive experience in developing and implementing strategic initiatives that have consistently driven revenue growth and profitability.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams and cultivate a collaborative culture.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage market data and insights to inform business strategies.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- A deep understanding of consumer behavior and trends in the FMCG market, with a passion for delivering customer-centric solutions.
