Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Retail Operations
Location: Bangkok HQ (with travel across Thailand)
About the Role
Our client is seeking a hands-on COO to lead and scale its fast-growing retail network stores, expanding. This role is responsible for driving revenue, profitability, operational excellence, and expansion delivery across all store locations in Thailand.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations and performance across all retail stores
• Deliver revenue, margin, and KPI targets at network and store levels
• Build and manage regional and store leadership structure
• Ensure consistent service standards, quality, and regulatory compliance
• Lead new store openings and accelerate ramp-up to full performance
• Partner with CEO and leadership team to execute growth strategy
Key Requirements
• 8+ years in senior retail operations leadership (multi-site / chain environment)
• Strong P&L ownership and experience delivering operational KPIs
• Expertise in retail systems (inventory, workforce planning, store audits, expansion)
• Experience in regulated industries is a plus
• Strong leadership, execution mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English; willing to travel frequently
