Senior Corporate Officer - Legal F/M – Luxembourg

Our client, a prominent player in the finance industry, is actively seeking a highly qualified Senior Corporate Officer - Legal F/M to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a legal professional to engage in a dynamic role within a thriving sector.

• Supervision: Lead and oversee the daily operations of Corporate Officers and Assistants, ensuring effective team performance.
• Meeting Management: Organize and diligently follow up on board and shareholder meetings, guaranteeing that all proceedings are efficiently managed.
• Documentation Oversight: Ensure that all meetings are meticulously documented and completed in a timely manner, upholding the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
• Corporate Documentation: Draft and review a wide range of corporate documents, including minutes, incorporations, articles, agreements, and more, ensuring legal soundness and adherence to best practices.
• Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with external advisors (such as lawyers and notaries) as well as internal teams to facilitate seamless operations and achieve corporate objectives.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the timely filing of accounts and necessary updates with regulatory authorities, maintaining compliance with all legal obligations.

Profile:

• A Law degree is mandatory.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in a legal/corporate role in Luxembourg (corporate services, law firm, or in-house legal function).
