Sr. FP&A Specialist

Business Partnering & Communication

• Partner with business and finance stakeholders to support decision-making.
• Provide actionable financial insights to support business performance improvement.
• Drive improvements in financial processes, reporting efficiency, and automation initiatives.

Budgeting & Financial Analysis

• Lead and coordinate annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes with business teams.
• Perform detailed variance analysis (Revenue, Margin, Opex) and explain key business drivers.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to monitor business performance and trends.
• Prepare high-quality management reports and executive presentation materials.

Management Reporting

• Own monthly financial reporting deliverables and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, SOX controls, and financial reporting standards.
• Support month-end close process and analysis of financial results.

Other requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance, or financial analysis roles.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into business insights.
• Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP / Oracle / Power BI is a plus.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).
