Financial Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with overall business objectives.

• Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board on financial planning, capital allocation, and long-term growth initiatives.

• Lead financial governance, internal controls, and risk management frameworks.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.

• Provide timely, insightful financial analysis on revenue, margins, pricing, promotions, and cost structures.

• Monitor and optimize working capital, including inventory, receivables, and payables—critical in FMCG operations.

Operational & Commercial Finance

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to evaluate trade spend, promotions, channel profitability, and ROI.

• Support pricing strategies, product launches, and portfolio optimization.

• Drive cost efficiency initiatives across manufacturing, logistics, and procurement.

Accounting, Compliance & Controls

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements in compliance with IFRS/GAAP and local regulatory requirements.

• Oversee audits, tax planning, and statutory reporting.

• Maintain strong internal controls and compliance standards.

Cash Flow & Capital Management

• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and funding requirements.

• Lead banking relationships, financing activities, and capital expenditure planning.

• Evaluate M&A, joint ventures, and strategic investments where applicable.

Team Leadership & Development

• Build and lead a high-performing finance organization across accounting, FP&A, and commercial finance.

• Drive talent development, succession planning, and a strong performance culture.
