Key Responsibilities:
- The role leads the e-business strategy across brand.com, e-retailers, digital & social media, CRM, and e-distributors, driving online revenue, brand growth, and consumer engagement.
- Define and execute market-specific eCommerce and digital marketing plans, aligned with regional strategy.
- Build strategic partnerships with key online accounts, developing Joint Business Plans and co-created activations to drive sell-out and consumer pull.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and manage joint projects, ensuring strategic alignment and value creation.
- Optimize e-commerce fundamentals including e-shelf, e-merchandising, e-pricing, and e-distribution to ensure growth and profitability.
- Lead and develop the eCommerce team, driving sales targets and digital campaign execution.
- Leverage consumer, shopper, and market insights to deliver relevant value propositions and omni-channel synergies.
- Monitor KPIs and online performance, using data-driven insights to refine campaigns, trade spend, and channel strategies.
- 12-15 years’ experience in the sales & marketing field from FMCG, Retail or Consumer Electronics industry including 3-5 years in e-Commerce, and 10+ years in marketing function.
- 5+ years in people management position.
- With P&L business mindset, digital savvy, analytical skills and problem-solving attitude.
- A team player with can-do attitude, good at cross region/teams collaboration.
- Native in Mandarin and fluent in English.
