Morgan Philips is recruiting a Regional Manager Benelux for a global leader in specialty tires. Known for its innovation and commitment to sustainability, the company serves key sectors such as agriculture, material handling, and off-highway applications.

The Role

This is more than a commercial role, as Regional Manager, you'll take full ownership of the Benelux region. You’ll drive growth, shape strategy, optimise operations, and lead a talented team. From building strong partnerships to improving internal processes, you'll ensure the business performs at its best across all fronts.

Your Responsibilities

• Define and implement the regional strategy for growth and performance
• Lead all commercial activities and manage full P&L responsibility
• Strengthen presence in key sectors like agriculture and OEM
• Collaborate closely with operations, logistics, and customer service to improve efficiency and service levels
• Drive digital transformation initiatives (e.g., Salesforce)
• Inspire, coach, and develop your team to reach their full potential
• Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement

Your Profile

• A well-rounded leader with experience in general, commercial or operational management
• Background in specialty tires is a must or similar sectors (machinery, MRO, aftermarket) 
• Proven track record in P&L management and strategic execution
• Operationally strong and digitally minded, with a hands-on approach
• A natural people leader who builds trust and delivers results
• Fluent in Dutch and English (French is an asset)
• Willing to travel regularly within the Benelux
