Our client, a leading player in the insurance sector, is seeking an exceptional Strategy Consultant to work closely with C-Level Leadership. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partner to Executive Leadership
- Act as the trusted right hand of a senior executive, supporting strategic priorities and key decision-making processes.
- Prepare executive briefings, board-level presentations, strategic analyses, and business recommendations.
- Lead and coordinate high-impact strategic initiatives across the organization.
- Ensure effective follow-up and execution of executive decisions.
Drive Transformation & Strategic Projects
- Manage complex, cross-functional projects with significant business impact.
- Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, operational performance, and strategic opportunities.
- Support business transformation, growth initiatives, and organizational change programs.
- Provide structured problem-solving and data-driven recommendations to executive stakeholders.
Navigate a Complex Matrix Organization
- Coordinate across multiple business units and corporate functions.
- Build alignment among stakeholders with competing priorities.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between Executive Management and operational teams.
- Act as a catalyst to accelerate execution and remove organizational barriers.
Leadership Development & Succession Planning
- Gain deep exposure to the strategic and operational challenges of a major insurance group.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business model, governance, and commercial drivers.
- Build relationships with senior leaders across the organization.
- Prepare for a transition into a senior management role upon successful completion of the program.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education
- Master's degree in Commercial Engineering, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Graduates from highly analytical academic institutions are particularly valued.
Professional Experience
We are specifically interested in candidates coming from top-tier strategy consulting firms
Candidates will typically have 4 to 7 years of professional experience, including at least several years within a leading strategy consulting environment.
