On behalf of our client, an international FMCG company, we are looking for candidates for the position of:
Key Account Manager HoReCa – Baltics & Central Europe (CZ, SK, HU)
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing export sales across selected international markets
- Actively building long-term relationships with clients in the HoReCa and B2B/Industry channels
- Acquiring new business partners and expanding cooperation with existing clients
- Delivering on assigned sales, financial, and quality targets
- Negotiating commercial terms and concluding contracts
- Introducing new products to distribution and implementing product concepts in the HoReCa and B2B/Industry channels
- Monitoring the market and analyzing market trends
- Coordinating sales processes in cooperation with Trade Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance departments
- Participating in industry trade fairs, market events, and client visits
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in developing international markets in the B2B sector within the HoReCa channel
- Experience in building business relationships with key clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving business targets
- Very good command of English (minimum B2 level)
- Proactive approach to identifying new clients and markets
- Ability to work independently, strong organizational skills, and initiative
- Willingness to travel internationally
