資深數據科學主管｜Data & AI Transformation Manager（Team Lead)

Join a leading publicly listed enterprise group's IT subsidiary and play a key role in driving Data & AI transformation across 100+ group companies.

As the leader of our BI and Data Science team, you will shape enterprise-wide data strategy, build data-driven decision-making capabilities, and deliver impactful analytics and AI solutions across business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead BI, analytics, and data science initiatives across the group
• Define data strategy, governance, and BI roadmap
• Build and optimize enterprise data platforms and data warehouses
• Drive business insights through dashboards and KPI analytics
• Deliver AI, GenAI, and RAG-enabled business applications
• Collaborate with ERP, MES, and manufacturing teams on data integration
• Mentor and develop a high-performing data team

What We're Looking For

1. 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or Data Science
2. Team leadership and people management experience
3. Strong knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, OBIEE, SQL, and ETL tools
4. Experience in data warehousing, data governance, and analytics platforms
5.  Manufacturing, industrial, or large enterprise project experience preferred
