Assistant Vice President – Supply Chain & Logistic

Your Responsibilities

As an integral member of the executive team, you will define and implement the organization’s end-to-end Supply Chain & Logistics strategy, ensuring alignment with our overarching business objectives. You will lead

• the Demand & Supply Integration planning processes to foster operational excellence and support sustained business growth. Your expertise will guide the optimization of Supply Chain performance, focusing on enhancing efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement.
• You will be responsible for developing strategic sourcing and procurement policies, managing supplier portfolios, and fostering partnerships that drive procurement value creation through cost-saving initiatives and process enhancements. Leading logistics and distribution management, you will execute strategies that optimize our logistics network, streamline transportation operations, and enhance service levels while maintaining cost efficiencies.
• You will oversee warehouse operations and inventory management, establishing optimization strategies to ensure accurate inventory control and operational effectiveness. Your role will also involve managing palm procurement strategies, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the quality and availability of raw materials.
• You will spearhead Value Chain optimization initiatives across the organization, collaborating closely with various functions—such as Production, Finance, and Commercial—to elevate overall company performance and drive business transformation projects.

Your Profile

To excel in this role, you will possess a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. You should bring a wealth of experience, with a minimum of 12–15 years in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or related areas, including at least 5 years of leadership experience at the Senior Manager or Director level. Experience in Agri-business, Palm Oil, Manufacturing, or related industries will be highly advantageous.

You will demonstrate proven effectiveness in driving business transformation, cost optimization, and operational excellence strategies. Your strong leadership skills will empower you to manage large teams and influence organizational change. Proficiency in strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration are essential to your success.
