The Mission

We build industrial AI cameras deployed across factories in the US, China, and 15+ countries. Our systems sit directly on production lines—when they fail, manufacturing stops.

We are scaling fast—from a couple of products to a global platform—and we’re looking for our first TPM in Taipei to bring structure, speed, and reliability to our engineering organization.

This is not a coordination role. This is where execution meets ownership.

What You’ll Drive

End-to-End Program Ownership
Lead complex hardware-software programs—from custom camera builds with partners (e.g., Advantech) to system-level rollouts (e.g., JetPack upgrades).

ODM & Vendor Execution
Drive accountability across ODMs and suppliers—ensuring design milestones, prototypes, and production timelines land on schedule.

Production-Grade Software Releases
Orchestrate field deployments with precision—staged rollouts, risk mitigation, and uptime-first execution.

Customer-Facing Engineering Leadership
Represent engineering in deep technical discussions and QBRs with APAC customers, translating real-world constraints into product decisions.

Global Team Alignment
Act as the connective layer across Taipei, China, and San Francisco—aligning priorities, timelines, and execution.

What You Bring

Execution Depth
5–8 years in TPM or Engineering Program Management, ideally across both software and hardware/embedded systems.

Vendor Leadership
Proven ability to push ODMs and partners to deliver—without compromising quality.

Technical Credibility
Comfortable reading datasheets, BOMs, and engaging engineers in meaningful technical discussions.

Global Communication
Fluent in Mandarin and strong in English—you can operate effectively across regions and cultures.

Field Mindset
Willing to travel (~every 2 months) to China or customer sites when needed.

Nice to Have

Experience with NVIDIA Jetson, x86, or Embedded Linux
Background working with Advantech, ADLINK, or similar
Experience as an early TPM in a scaling startup
Fluent in English
