Server BIOS Manager

Lead the next-generation server platform development

We are looking for a hands-on Server BIOS Manager to lead BIOS development across cutting-edge server platforms (AI / Data Center / Cloud).

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end server BIOS development (design → bring-up → validation → production)
• Drive BIOS architecture and technical roadmap for Intel / AMD platforms
• Lead and mentor a team of BIOS engineers, ensuring delivery quality and timeline
• Work closely with HW, FW, validation, and manufacturing teams to bring up new platforms
• Own critical issue debugging, root cause analysis, and system-level problem solving
• Interface with global stakeholders and customers on technical alignment

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in server BIOS / firmware development
• Strong expertise in UEFI/BIOS, x86 architecture, platform bring-up
• Proven leadership experience in cross-functional and global teams
• Solid debugging skills at system / hardware-software integration level
• Experience with Intel and/or AMD server platforms

Senior Server BIOS Engineer

Build the core of next-generation server systems

We are seeking a strong Senior Server BIOS Engineer to drive BIOS development for advanced server platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain server BIOS/UEFI firmware
• Perform platform bring-up, debugging, and system integration
• Work on low-level features: memory init, PCIe, power, boot flow
• Debug complex issues across BIOS / HW / OS layers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HW / FW / validation)

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in server BIOS / firmware development
• Strong knowledge of x86 architecture, UEFI/BIOS internals
• Hands-on experience with bring-up and low-level debugging
• Familiar with Intel / AMD server platforms
• Experience in hardware-software integration and system-level debugging

Nice to Have

• Experience with OpenBIOS / server management
• Familiarity with lab tools (oscilloscope, logic analyzer)
