Your Responsibilities:

• Enhance productivity, efficiency, quality performance, and cost competitiveness to ensure sustainable business success.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality and food safety standards, maintaining audit readiness and compliance with regulatory and internal requirements, including GMP and HACCP standards.
• Promote a culture of health, safety, and environmental responsibility across all functions of the operation, driving continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance.
• Lead and implement structured continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing effectiveness through improved equipment utilization and process optimization.
• Champion lean manufacturing practices and operational improvement programs to achieve sustainable results.
• Develop organization talent, strengthen leadership capabilities, and build a robust succession pipeline while fostering a supportive environment that encourages learning and growth.
• Uphold company values through ethical leadership and operational discipline, ensuring effective governance, risk management, and operational controls are embedded throughout the site.

Your Profile:

• More than 10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, demonstrating a proven track record in leading complex production environments.
• Significant experience in building high-performing teams and developing leadership capability across various levels of an organization.
• Strong understanding of quality systems, food safety standards, and compliance requirements relevant to FMCG manufacturing.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English.
• A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
