MAKING SUCCESS STORIES HAPPEN

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on and analytical RF Development Engineer to drive new product introductions (NPI) from the initial design phase all the way to mass production. In this role, you will bridge the gap between design and manufacturing—handling prototype assembly, cable and connector soldering, test setup, fixture debugging, and transition to production. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a strong mechanical aptitude, and have deep expertise in RF components, we would love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End NPI Execution: Manage the complete development flow for RF products, encompassing sample building, cable preparation, precision soldering, parameter setup, testing, and eventual factory release.

  • Hands-on Troubleshooting: Actively investigate and resolve technical challenges during new product prototyping and address quality escalations on the production floor.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Product Development, Tooling Design, and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to ensure seamless product realization.

  • Engineering Standards & Documentation: Maintain rigorous adherence to corporate engineering guidelines, including CAD part modeling, file management, and technical documentation.

  • Test & Data Analysis: Review performance and test metrics, identify deviations, and formulate effective engineering solutions.

  • Project Prioritization: Handle multiple concurrent projects with agility, independently planning daily schedules and adapting swiftly to changing priorities. (Note: Responsibilities serve as a general baseline; additional tasks may be assigned based on project needs and individual strengths.)

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

  • Experience: 3+ years of engineering experience working specifically with RF connectors, RF cables, or similar electro-mechanical components.

  • Mechanical Expertise: Strong mechanical background featuring proficiency in engineering drawing/blueprint reading, GD&T, and tolerance stack-up analysis.

  • Technical Skills: Hands-on competence in RF cable preparation, soldering processes, fixture debugging/modification, and general tooling optimization.

  • Software & Tools Proficiency:

    • Advanced capability in SolidWorks for 3D modeling and mechanical design.

    • Familiarity with RF simulation platforms (e.g., CST, HFSS).

    • General digital literacy including MS Office Suite, MS Project, and SharePoint.

  • Communication & Teamwork: Excellent interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and a collaborative team attitude. Capable of communicating efficiently with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Language Skills: Professional bilingual proficiency in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).

  • Mindset: Results-oriented, analytical, and creative thinker with a strong aptitude for independent problem-solving.
