Responsibilities
- Own and drive multiple concurrent IC development programs from planning through execution and product delivery.
- Coordinate and align cross-functional teams, including IC Design, DV, PD, Firmware, Software, EE, and other engineering functions.
- Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and resource allocation.
- Support the full IC development lifecycle, including architecture, design, verification, tape-out, silicon bring-up, validation, and mass production.
- Track project progress against key milestones and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, resource constraints, and execution gaps.
- Lead program reviews and drive action items, ownership, and accountability to ensure on-time deliverables.
- Facilitate decision-making, resolve cross-functional issues, and escalate critical concerns when required.
- Provide regular program status updates, risk assessments, and executive summaries to the CTO and leadership team.
- Drive continuous improvement of program management methodologies, reporting frameworks, and operational processes.
- Ensure program objectives are achieved within scope, schedule, quality, and business goals.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, or related roles within the semiconductor industry.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end IC development lifecycle and engineering execution processes.
- Prior experience in an IC design house, fabless semiconductor company, or ASIC development environment is preferred.
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional semiconductor development programs.
- Strong project planning, scheduling, prioritization, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence teams and drive accountability without direct reporting authority.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience interacting with executive leadership.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
