The Chief Growth Officer would lead regional commercial growth across Asia through strategic partnerships, market expansion and commercialization while working closely with the CEO.
Responsibility- Develop regional commercial growth strategy.
- Expand into priority Asian markets.
- Build strategic partnerships and KOL relationships.
- Support commercialization of new products.
- Recruit and mentor regional commercial leaders.
- 15+ years of commercial leadership experience in IVF, reproductive medicine or related healthcare products.
- Demonstrated success across multiple Asian markets.
- High-growth or startup experience strongly preferred.
- Work closely with CEO and R&D Team.
