AI Data Center Technical Project Manager
(Facility & Commissioning | Global Projects)
Why This Role
Join a fast-scaling team at the forefront of AI Data Center (AIDC) innovation, where you will drive mission-critical infrastructure powering next-generation AI workloads.
This is not a typical PM role — you will operate at the intersection of R&D, large-scale infrastructure, and global client engagement, owning projects from concept to commissioning across international sites.
What You’ll Do
End-to-End Project Leadership
- Lead AI Data Center R&D programs, working directly with global clients to ensure delivery timelines and design excellence
- Own full lifecycle commissioning (L1–L5), driving validation of MEP and liquid cooling systems
Technical Integration & Execution
- Drive cross-discipline interface management across civil, electrical, HVAC, fire protection, and ELV systems
- Oversee on-site construction quality with EPC contractors and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with R&D design intent
- Provide real-time technical decision-making to resolve complex on-site engineering challenges
Strategic Technical Leadership
- Represent the R&D team in front of global clients, delivering high-level technical proposals and solutions
- Review and evaluate design changes with a focus on performance, cost, and system integrity
- Support business development teams with technical feasibility studies, solution positioning, and proposal development
Process & Standardization
- Define and build AIDC development frameworks, including Phase Gate deliverables, technical specifications, and tender documentation
- Establish scalable processes to support rapid global expansion
Executive Support & Industry Insight
- Conduct in-depth research on AIDC trends (liquid cooling, green energy, sustainable infrastructure)
- Deliver data-driven reports and executive-level presentations to support strategic decisions
Global Exposure
- Travel internationally (US, Europe, Southeast Asia) for site audits, benchmarking, and supplier engagement
- Act as the key technical liaison across cross-functional and cross-group teams to drive project success
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related engineering disciplines (Master’s preferred)
- Proven experience in technical project management, preferably in infrastructure, data centers, or large-scale engineering projects
- Strong familiarity with NPI (New Product Introduction) and development processes
- Solid understanding of data center architecture and MEP systems is a strong plus
- Knowledge of construction regulations and building codes is preferred
Key Strengths
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive complex, cross-functional projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
- Effective communicator with experience engaging global stakeholders
- Fluent in English (spoken proficiency required)
