Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the quality, consistency, and completeness of finance master data across systems
- Act as the key point of contact for finance data topics, ensuring alignment with business and reporting requirements
- Oversee the Chart of Accounts (GL) and maintain mappings across SAP, CFIN, and group reporting structures
- Ensure consistency of financial data across systems (SAP E1P, CFIN, BW) and identify any gaps or discrepancies
- Act as a functional administrator for CFIN, supporting stable system operations and driving issue resolution
- Lead data quality initiatives (data cleansing, harmonization, standardization) to improve reliability of finance data
- Establish and maintain governance, controls, and documentation (SOPs, processes, guidelines) for master data and finance systems
- Collaborate closely with Finance, IT, BPO, and global stakeholders across multiple entities
- Support finance transformation projects and drive continuous improvement in data management and system processes
- Solid experience in finance, accounting, finance master data, or financial systems support
- Strong working knowledge of SAP (experience with CFIN and/or BW is a strong advantage)
- Good understanding of finance processes (GL, AP, intercompany) and how they translate into data structures and reporting
- Knowledge of data governance, master data management, and mapping logic across systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and data quality
- Experience in an international environment (SSC/BPO or global structures) is highly desirable
- Ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate topics across Finance, IT, and external partners
- Very good command of English (daily cooperation with international stakeholders)
- Proactive mindset with a focus on improvements, standardization, and ownership
