For our Client - Global FMCG Blue Chip Company we are looking for:
HR Director Poland and Baltics
Main purpose of the role
Located in Warsaw, HR Director will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team. The position directly reports to the Poland and Baltics BU General Manager and functionally to the Regional HR Head. They will be leading a team of 29 responsible for all aspects of HR and will closely collaborate with the People and Culture Group functions.
The position covers all main P&C competencies: Rewards/Payroll, Business Partnering, Talent & Development, Employer Branding, Organizational Development and Recruitment, Workplace Relations, Culture Programs and People Cost Analysis.
This leader will be a critical part of the senior leadership team for Poland and Baltics with peers from Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Transformation, Commercial Excellence and Corporate Affairs & Sustainability.
Key criteria for selection:
Experience
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience with a deep understanding of Human Resources management processes including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, payroll, training and development, change management, data management and analysis in an international environment and gained in companies with high standards
• Speaks Polish fluently and has a good appreciation of regional culture including Baltics. Has tenured experience working in Poland and ideally the Baltics area
• Knowledge of local labor law and regulations
• Experience in managing plant-based FTEs and dealing with trade unions workers councils
• Experience with global HR / ERP Systems
• Data protection and security awareness
• Previous business professional experience in FMCG or highly customer-oriented industries
• University degree, ideally in Business, HR, Psychology or other related functions
• Fluent spoken and written English
Leadership
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in leadership roles. Strong people development skills
• Excellent people skills and finesse at all levels and particularly to operate collaboratively in a sophisticated corporate matrix
• Senior leadership & executive presence
• Ability to think strategically and develop integrated business plans to achieve multiple objectives across different product categories and channels
• Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional projects and teams. Track record of both leading direct teams and influencing without direct authority
• Track record of driving transformation with impact on organizational culture
• Experience of developing and setting goals for the team to build capability
• Excellent communication skills to influence senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization
